How I work
I don't start with channels. I start with the ledger: where money enters, where it stalls, and where it quietly exits. Most owners are one or two structural changes away from a materially different month, and no amount of new traffic fixes a leak upstream of it.
Once the map is honest, the build is unglamorous and specific: restructure the offer, install the sequences, put the numbers on one page, review them monthly. That's the whole method. It works because it compounds, and because nothing in it depends on the owner staying up late.
Money first
Cash flow is the only scoreboard that matters.
